Returns and Replacements
We do not do it hard! For any reason, are you not happy with your beads, parts or items? Returned items should include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Item must be returned within 14 days after delivery with statement of reason.

You can pay via PayPal (inc. Visa, MasterCard, AMEX). The electronic payments are made through a secure connection.
You can also transfer the amount by Bank Transfer.
Our account number is stated in the confirmation email you receive immediately after ordering. For foreign customers this also includes our IBAN and BIC number. Always state your order number and name clearly.
